A: We are in network with all major insurances in Iowa including Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Health Care, and many others listed Below. We are NOT in network with BCBS HMO, Amerigroup Medicaid and Molina Medicaid. Here is a comprehensive list of in network insurances:

We are located at 700 Eagle Ridge Rd, Le Claire, IA 52753. We are just off highway 67 in Le Claire. Go past the new Fareway Grocery store and follow the road all the way to the end. We are the last building on your left at the stop sign.

If you are paying for your visit out of pocket, your first visit includes a New Patient Detailed Exam for $65 and an adjustment for $60. There are additional services like traction, laser and massage that would be additional charges, if indicated. Subsequent visits are typically $60 for just the adjustment.

Our Laser treatment costs $35 per treatment area. It is currently not covered by insurance.
